Bench with fixed bridge crane and two spindles, with double working table of mm 500X500, allowing to work 2 soles at the same time. Decompression locking system of the sheet to be processed. Complete with new numeric control OSAI. While the machine executes the programmed workings, the worker can unload/ load the new soles to be processed,
eliminating the dead times. By request, with additional price, it is possible to equip the machine with the new C-axis heated device 1 + 1 tool,a llowing to realize the following processes (changing the tools): groove, groove and stitch marking (decoration) simultaneously, stitch marking (decoration), following a path programmed by CAD station. This new device allows to utilize 2 tools with different diameters plus the above mentioned workings on the same sole. Moreover there is also the possibility to equip the machine, by
request and with additional price, with the new C4 axis device (4 tools), allowing to realize the following processes ( with automatic tool changing) : groove, cuttings with foot, groove
and stitch marking ( decoration) simultaneously, stars at the beginning and at the end of working stitch marking (decoration).
