AUTOMATIC PRE-MILLING MACHINE WITHOUT TEMPLATE
The BNZ Technology renews its range of historical and established B5, B6 and B7 of BENAZZATO. After 12 years from the official presentation of the first machine in the world without a dime “B6” and having established itself with models B5 and B7 in the soles factories as the best pre-milling machine for sole-tailed, BNZTechnology completes the project by introducing into the market a new series of pre-milling without templates TWISTER T4. As a novelty stands the introduction of mechanical milling spindles with the
ability to change the nose higher, in order to reduce the repair costs of any faults, reducing the space between the shaft and the foot door piece, range completely enslaved by the numerical control and digital drives,and introduction into the range of machines with automatic loading.
VERSIONS:
T4: CNC machine without digital dime with manual loading of product to be
processed, centering pneumatic system, 5.5 kW dual-spindle.
T4S: like the previous model but with automatic loading of the soles by means
of CNC-controlled charger and discharge via tape.
T4SS: automatic loading and unloading system of the soles on carousel.
