Double Finishing Surface Equalizer with Flesh Side Grinding

FUNCTIONAL FEATURES

This machine was designed to equalize flat leather and tunit soles using the principle of roughing and finishing the working surface. This increases the precision in sole thickness, eliminating the effects of material hardness and the amount of thickness to be removed.
To best finish the flesh side surface, a grinding unit has been added. Its function is to "smooth" the surface in order to properly prepare it for subsequent processing stages, such as gluing. It can be integrated into a line with other machines.
