The working top is equipped in the front part with no. 2 plates with double “V” of centering for the sole workings and in the back part (1000 x 1000) it is equipped with plates blocking pinzers to cut templates, pressers or particular workings. The blocking of the sheets on the working top is mechanic by pincers with pneumatic control; the cutting sole operation is executed on the special plates fixed on the working top and connected to the decompression exhauster. Machine equipped with suction opening for removing of chips, to be connected to the exhausting plant. By request, the machine model B.U. 1000 x 1500 can be equipped with the following extra devices: Axis- C 1+1 device allowing to realize the following operations (changing the tools): groove, groove with stitch marking (decoration) simultaneously, stitch marking (decoration) following a path programmed by the CAD station. Axis- C 4 tools allowing to realize the following operations (with automatic tools changing): groove, cuttings with foot, groove and stitch marking (decoration) simultaneously, stars at the beginning and at the end of working, stitch marking (decoration). New version with rotating disc that allows to mount no.4 different tools. Knife cutting device with control orientation, Zund pneumatic head for plastic up to 1 mm. tickness, to realize templates. No. 2 plates for sole inside trimmings, to be fixed on the working top, with soles decompression locking system included. Marking pen system with pneumatic control for coding of wooden pressure devices and templates, included numeration on plastic, by black or red permanent Pentel marker. Nail Head device for automatic application of ornamental nails with numerical control positioning, also on different thicknesses, like soles with heel already attached, on which it is possible to apply nails on the heel and on the sole by only one programming.
