FUNCTIONAL CHARACTERISTICS
Universal workbench, suitable for cutting templates in PVC, Bakelite, and steel.

It can create engravings and decorations on leather, tunit, coria, etc. Equipped with 2 electrospindles with ER25 collet chuck. The two spindles work in tandem (simultaneously). The work area measures 1000 x 1500 mm. Usable surface: 1100 x 1600 mm. The workbench is equipped at the front with 2 centering plates with double "V" for sole processing and, at the back (area 1000 x 1000 mm), with clamp plates for template cutting, pressers, or specialized work. Controlled by OSAI numerical control. Ball screws and guides with recirculating ball bearings. Sheet clamping on the workbench is mechanical, with pneumatically operated clamps; sole engraving is performed on dedicated plates fixed to the workbench and connected to the vacuum pump. The machine is equipped with an extraction nozzle for chip evacuation, which should be connected to the suction system.

The machine can be equipped with the following additional devices upon request:

• Axis - C1 accessory: Enables the following operations (using different tools): groove cutting, groove cutting with marking (decoration) simultaneously, marking (decoration) following a programmed path on the CAD station.
• Axis - C4 accessory: Tool enables the following operations (with automatic tool change): groove cutting, cuts with foot, groove cutting with marking (decoration) simultaneously, star marking at the start and end of work, marking (decoration). New version with rotating disc allowing up to 4 different tools.
• Blade cutting accessory: Controlled orientation with Zund pneumatic head for plastic up to 1 mm thickness, for creating counter templates.
• Two sole engraving plates: To be attached to the workbench, with included vacuum pump for sole clamping.
• Pneumatic marker accessory: For coding of pressers and templates, includes numbering on plastic with indelible marker.
• Nail head accessory: For automatic application of ornamental micro nails with numerically controlled positioning, even across different thicknesses, such as soles with heels already attached, allowing nails to be applied to both heel and sole with a single program.
