CARATTERISTICHE FUNZIONALI
Macchina pre-fresatrice del perimetro della suola a due alberi; può quindi realizzare uno o due profili sulla stessa suola, registrando facilmente l’inizio e la fine di ogni
profilo con dispositivo che blocca la rotazione.
Dotata di sistema autocentrante che permette di lavorare con estrema precisione suole con guardalo applicato, con tacco o piane.
Gli alberi porta-fresa possono lavorare a velocità regolabile mediante potenziometro facendo sì di poter gestire la velocità di asportazione dell’utensile.
Per garantire una maggior durata ed una più facile e veloce sostituzione abbiamo installato di serie mandrini a cartuccia.
La T2 ELECTRONIC permette una regolazione dell’altezza fresa più intuitiva.
La T2 ELECTRONIC è dotata di sistemi di sicurezza e di protezioni antinfortunistiche (CE).

T2 ELECTRONIC: semi-automatic pre-milling machine

FUNCTIONAL DESCRIPTION
Pre-milling machine of the perimeter of the sole two shafts; it is possible to make one or two profiles on the same sole, adjusting easily start and end of each profile
with the device that stops the rotation. 
Equipped with self-centering system that allows to work with extreme precision soles with welt already applied, with heel or flat.
The shafts tool holder can work with adjustable speed through potentiometer that allows to adjust the speed of the tool removal.
To ensure a longer life and a more quick and easy replacement we installed, as standard, cartridge spindles.

T2 ELECTRONIC, height adjustment of the cutter is easier.
