AUTOMATIC MILLING MACHINE WITHOUT TEMPLATE
BNZ Technology renews its historical and established range of BENAZZATO models B5, B6, and B7. Twelve years after the official launch of the world’s first template-free machine, the “B6,” and having established itself in sole factories with models B5 and B7 as the best preliminary milling machine for soles, BNZ Technology completes the project by introducing a new series of template-free milling machines, the TWISTER T4. Noteworthy innovations include the introduction of mechanical milling spindles with interchangeable tips, reducing repair costs in case of breakdowns and minimizing the space between the shaft and the workpiece holder. This range is fully controlled by CNC and digital drives, with the addition of automatic loading capabilities.
VERSIONS:
- T4: CNC machine without digital template, with manual loading of the product to be processed, pneumatic centering system, dual spindle of 5.5 kW.
- T4S: Similar to the previous model, but with automatic loading of soles via CNC-controlled loader and unloading by conveyor.
- T4SS: Automatic loading and unloading system of soles on a carousel.
